SchoolCare Coordination

SchoolCare Coordination is a free benefit that allows your school nurse to connect with participating insurance plans to coordinate the best possible care for your child. There is no cost for this program, but you must sign up for your child to receive this free benefit.

Upon signing up, you will receive an email confirmation from SchoolCare letting you know if your child's health insurance plan participates in this benefit.
